The NHS Wales App is now live for Mount Pleasant Practice.

All functions of My Health Online have been replaced, so you will still be able to order repeat prescriptions and manage most appointments all within the app.

This is the same app you will have used in the past if you downloaded a digital covid vaccination pass and so you will likely find you already have an account!
