​Providing patient care before the NHS formed, Mount Pleasant Practice is one of the largest provide of primary care in Monmouthshire.

With three well located, easily accessible surgeries in Wales: Chepstow, Tintern and Portskewett. We’re here to make your medical care as convenient and accessible as possible.

Appointments are available at our Chepstow practice from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Our Portskewett practice is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30pm, and again from 2:00pm to 5:00pm.

Our Tintern practice is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6:30pm, and on Fridays from 8:30am to 6:00pm.

We welcome all residents within the surrounding community.

Same day (urgent) and routine GP appointments are available at our sites. To request an appointment at any of our surgeries today use Anima.

At Mount Pleasant we work as a team of health professionals for the benefit of all our patients. Our multidisciplinary team includes our Doctors, Pharmacists, ANP's, Nurses , Dispensary, HCA, Care Navigation & an Admin team.

For your convenience there is an onsite dispensing pharmacy in Cheptsow, Portskewett and Tintern.
